UK-based melodic metallers CODE OF SILENCE are offering a free download of the track 'Tame The Tempest'. The song is taken from the band's debut album 'Dark Skies Over Babylon' which has already received glowing reviews. This track is now available as a free download for signing up to the band's Reverbnation mailing list. Just go to Reverbnation. The track started out as a piece written by guitarist Ben Randall and ended up a collaboration with Paul Logue (Eden's Curse) and Pete Newdeck (Eden's Curse, Tainted Nation). Get Ready to ROCK! reviewer Alan Jones wrote about the track: "an opportunity for Randall to thrust himself forward as the new guitar hero for the next generation. Plenty of raw meat for guitar wannabes to get their teeth into and an absolute shoo-in for Riff Of The Year."

SUICIDAL TENDENCIES will release their new studio album on 5th April 2013, marking an end of 13 years without a new album. The album is titled '13' - 13 new songs, 13 years without a new album, 13th studio album of the band - enough reasongs to name the album '13'. Mike Muir says thank you: "First, thank you for all the people that have patiently waited for this record. Now I will shut up and let the music do the talking."

Italy’s TOMBSTONE HIGHWAY has just released a new track entitled “Old Blood" exclusively at Rue Morgue Magazine. The song can be streamed at this location. "Ruralizer", band's Southern Rock-inspired Doom Metal album, will hit the shops on April 16th in North America. The release is out now in Europe. Music of TOMBSTONE HIGHWAY is a classic blend of feisty Stoner/Southern Rock and Doom Metal, with catchy guitar solos and old-school heavy metal parts that may remind of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Corrosion Of Conformity, Pride and Glory, Down, Black Sabbath, or even ZZ Top.
