the ink of last week´s announcement of VNV NATION and FUNKER VOGT has not fully dried, as another awesome act turns around the corner for the Amphi Festival 2013. And there is an important update from the Amphi Ticketshop to be spread as well!
NEW ARTIST CONFIRMED: DIARY OF DREAMS
With their latest tour and special full lenght album DIARY OF DREAMS recently explored “The Anatomy Of Silence” by putting some of their biggest hits in a reduced acoustic context. In 2013 Adrian Hates‘ dream-diary returns in the full monty again, to unfold the magic of enchanting melodies, dreamlike sounds and an ever-present melancholy. We are happy to annonce this great addition to the line-up, as many of you requested this magnificent band to join the Amphi Festival again for quite a while.

Stone Sour, Papa Roach, Hounds
American Rock-Metal band STONE SOUR returns to the Netherlands and to Germany to promote their latest album ‘House of Gold & Bones - Part 1’. STONE SOUR was formed by front man Corey Taylor (SLIPKNOT) and guitar player Jim Root in 2002. Between SLIPKNOT tours, STONE SOUR released four albums so far and played several tours and entered big festivals such as Pinkpop (NL), Graspop (BE) and Fields of Rock. Their album ‘House of Gold & Bones - Part 1’ is the first part of a double release, the second part can be expected somewhere next year. Additionally, a comic book will be released with the album.

What music will you have playing in your final minute? That is THE essential question that we all have to ask ourselves, facing the end to come. As usual, the answer comes from Mexico and is a rabid, loud and aggressive kick in the eye: according to Hard Electro pioneers and sonic enunciators of the impending doom Hocico, everything will end with a bang of beats, anger and bass. Dance to the apocalypse, baby, ‘cos tomorrow all might be too late! Meaning: the new Hocico-album is harder than anything Erk Aicrag and Racso Agroyam have unleashed out of the bowels of their internal hell unto the world so far. Those who are familiar with the lads will know that hidden away in the heart of the inferno there is always a core of club-compatible rhythms, far out sounds and utter addictiveness. And for those who wish to spend more than their final minutes with the most apocalyptic electronic sounds since the invention of the synthesizer, „El Último Minuto (Antes de que Tu Mundo Caiga)“ will hit shops not only in a regular album version, but also as a deluxe double CD with a second disc of sonic mayhem.

Pavla's music mirrors her true self, and hence flows freely. The sounds and words in her debut CD, "Mirror", are born from her past and mingled with her future. The choir and organ which she heard during her early years in church and the sounds of nature come together, mixing dreams and memories. The world of cinema with its scope for dreaming influenced Pavla as she listened to soundtrack after soundtrack, absorbing the music and all it represented. This first music love now transpires through the innovative arrangements of Pavla’s original piano compositions. Pavla wrote "Magic Mirror" as a reflection of woman and women, and it is the woman’s voice of Nastassja Kinski which enriches the track in this recording. Roberto Conforti of Pulcher Femina deepens the tone with his voice in "Overdose".

With two amazing shows in Leipzig and Berlin, LETZTE INSTANZ finished their tour along with the new album 'Ewig', out on Drakkar on 31st August 2012. During 12 shows in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the band celebrated the final of their trilogy together with their fans. Du to high demand, management decided for some more shows and so, the band will start their second leg of the 'Ewig' tour in March and April 2013 where the band will also visit cieties they did not play for a long time or have never played.
