FORMS OF HANDS festival has become firmly established over the last twelve years assuring to showcase progressive electronic music with a major party element. Also, the concept did not need to be invented from scratch by the organiser. It still consists of 12 international top-acts – which all found their home on Dortmunder HANDS label – ranging from industrial over rhythm’n’noise to drum’n’bass and IDM, and framed by djs. What’s new is the location, Schachtanlage Königsborn III/IV in Bönen, which is perfectly tailored for industrial partying.

The Electric Modern is an indie rock band from Hertfordshire, England. Formed in 2008, The Electric Modernis Dean Canty (vocals/guitar), Adam Sullivan (guitar/synth/vocals), Henry Marsden (Bass) and Jon Mytom-Hart (Drums). The guys are drenched in talent, and sure to appeal to music tastebuds of all variety. In the spring of 2011, after a lineup change and a new found focus, The Electric Modern entered the studio to record a three track EP, ‘Motives‘. This new direction was a big step forward for The Electric Modern and showcased the band’s love of writing catchy, uplifting indie rock-pop. The new songs were fresh, inspired and anthemic; possessing a more refined sound than their earlier material.

LOCKERBIE finished their first official video. LOCKERBIE's music has a unique position in the Icelandic music scene with their melodic pop/post-rock, sweet phantasmagorical timbre and dreamy soundscapes. This is the song 'Laut' from their debut album 'Ólgusjór'. You can watch the video here!

Denovali Records just launched the first 3 minute video preview for the upcoming BERSARIN QUARTETT - II Cd|2xLP - the album will be in stores on april 20th. To remind the people of the great previous work of BERSARIN QUARTETT the label now also offers a very limited Picture Disc 2xLP (just 250 copies) of the s/t debut album.
