Montreal based extreme metallers KATAKLYSM will release a multidisc DVD this Spring entitled "The Iron Will: 20 Years Determined", which features a documentary and bonus CD materials. The set will depict the ups and downs of the band's long, turbulent career, as well as footage of KATAKLYSM's performance at last year's Summer Breeze festival, which took place August 18-20, 2011 in Dinkelsbühl, Germany. The cover art for the release was created by artist Colin Marks (ORIGIN, EXODUS, NEVERMORE) and can be viewed here. Check out the second teaser for the upcoming release!

ENGL TV have joined RAGE at the studio, to get a view about their recordings to their new record „21“. Watch their 5-minutes clip here. Peavy Wagner recently made the following statement about “21”: ”It may have already got about that our new album will come off pretty heavy. We’ve been bubbling over with creativity and it was huge fun to work on the songs – as always, it was real teamwork. Working with such fantastic musicians like Victor and André is great.” The artwork of “21” was created by Felipe Machado (BLIND GUARDIAN, RHAPSODY OF FIRE u.a.) and represents the power RAGE are radiating in the year 2012.

Sweden’s extreme, technical metal band MESHUGGAH have chosen KOLOSS as the title to their eighth studio album, set for North American release on March 27th and European release on March 23rd. Drummer Tomas Haake has issued the following warning: “As always, we try to take our music in a slightly different direction with each album and with KOLOSS we feel that we really nailed what we were going for. Organic brutality, viscera and groove all crammed into a 54-minute metalicious treat, best avoided by the faint of heart!!”

Swiss new wave of folk metal superstars ELUVEITIE have released the official video clip for the Song "A Rose For Epona", taken from the bands upcoming masterpiece "Helvetios", due on February 10, 2012 via Nuclear Blast. The video was produced by Polish company Grupa13 who had worked with the band on the clip for "Thousandfold" from the last album "Everything Remains... As It Never Was", but also worked with bands like BEHEMOTH and AMON AMARTH before. Check out the clip at THIS location!
