Progmetal band SYMPHONY X sings with the German Nuclear Blast record label. The band is working on a new album, expected in the spring of 2010. Israel's progressive folk metal masters ORPHANED LAND will release their highly anticipated fourth studio opus, "The Never Ending Way Of ORwarriOR", in Europe on January 25, 2010 via Century Media Records. Mixed by Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree, Opeth), who is also responsible for several keyboard parts on the new CD. The effort is a sophisticated concept album which takes Orphaned Land's unique brand of exotic, heavy music to soaring new heights in terms of complexity and catchiness.- Details

'Youth’, a 4-track MCD, thematically deals with age and time. It features two ambient pieces and 2 vocal tracks featuring Marie-Claudine. Crown of the release is the title track; a cover of the SOFT CELL classic cult song. STRANGE ATTRACTOR (the duo Richard van Kruysdijk – also known from Sonar Lodge) and Niels van Hoorn (also known from THE LEGENDARY PINK DOTS) is one of those special bands proving that entertainment doesn’t necessarily mean shallowness. - Details

DEATHBOUND was formed in 1995 under the name of TWILIGHT. The purpose was to create some fresh and mind-blowing metal. A death metal base with a heavy dose of grind core was their choice of poison. The band released two demos under this name, entitled ‘Twilight’ and ‘Melancholy Of Northern Landscapes’. After the demos, they changed their name to UNBOUND and released another demo/promo entitled ‘Flames Of Madness’. A further name change saw their name finally stick on DEATHBOUND. Under this name, they released one more demo entitled ‘Elaborate The Torture’.- Details
