As a follow-up to 2007's “Bestie:Mensch” [:SITD:] are working full-time on their fourth studio LP entitled “ROT” – which translates to "RED" in English – due out in the autumn of 2009. Many of the songs and lyrics have already been completed at the [:SITD:] Headquarters in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. In human colour psychology, "ROT" is associated with energy, heat, blood and strong emotions like: aggression, passion and love. Furthermore "ROT" represents revolutionary movements and symbolizes wrath – one of the seven deadly sins.

The new album will be released on June 19th in Europe and on June 23rd in North America.The album cover was designed by Michal Karcz, who also created the artwork for the album "Judgement". It is undoubtedly one of his finest works. The image of a momument, in the middle of a wasteland, is a metaphor for all our greatest hopes and solemn intentions and the brutal extremes that we're capable of, our schizophrenic nature as humans and the eternal struggle to move forward.
