20 Jahre Intro (20 Years Intro): Maxïmo Park, M83, Thees Uhlmann (acoustic-set), Mouse On Mars, Simian Mobile Disco, Mike Skinner (The Streets) DJ-Set, Little Boots, Matias Aguayo, Porcelain Raft and more
Intro magazine is celebrating its 20th birthday these days. This is reason enough to celebrate with several events and intimate evenings between November and February. Finally, in March, there will be big celebrations with two big indoor festivals in Berlin and in Cologne.
What once started as a little chaotic fanzine now is produced in Berlin and Cologne as real, and I mean REAL, magazine, but still with the same enthusiasm. The love for music shall be shared now. So, the magazine created a series of events remembering of the good old days of Intro and also the early days of most artists involved into this series, like PeterLicht, Modeselektor, Philipp Poisel, Andreas Dorau, Kettcar, Stereo Total, Notwist, Die Sterne, Kraftklub, dEUS, Casper and many more. The crowning final of this event series will be two bombastic festivals in March, of course with a party going along with it.
The line-up of those festivals is high-class: Maxïmo Park, M83, PeterLicht (Berlin only), Thees Uhlmann, Mouse On Mars, Simian Mobile Disco, Mike Skinner (The Streets) DJ-Set, Little Boots, Matias Aguayo, Porcelain Raft and more.
