Saxon - “Thunderbolt European Tour 2018 Part 2” - Support: Y&T and Raven
Earlier this year, the “Thunderbolt 2018 European Tour Part 1” led the flagship of the “New Wave Of British Heavy Metal” to Germany . The resonance in the Metal community: euphoric. Now, the legendary Metal band has released part 2 of the tour to the eponymous album and confirms a concert in Leipzig! The German fans can look forward to an absolutely high-quality package, so SAXON are supported in Germany by Y & T and the NWOBHM Original RAVEN.
The new album, ‘Thunderbolt’, shows an original artwork by longtime partner Paul Raymond Gregory. The 22nd studio album in the history of the band was produced by Andy Sneap together with Biff Byford and is in the tradition of the last albums. “This is album 22 and it’s called Thunderbolt. It’s a Storming Smashing Thundering collection of tracks we’ve been crafting with producer, Andy Sneap and it’s finished ready to be unleashed. Stand clear and fasten your seat belts!”- Biff Byford
