Royal Republic - The European Tour 2019
Swedish Rock band ROYAL REPUBLIC are coming to Cologne to promote their fourth record ‘Weekend Man’. Formed in 2007, the band released their debut album, ‘We Are the Royal’, in 2010, which was followed by their sophomore album ‘Save the Nation’, in 2012. Their third album, ‘Royal Republic and the Nosebreakers’, was released in 2014.
Their latest album, ‘Weekend Man’, already came out in February 2016. However, whoever witnessed the four Swedes playing live will agree that their live performance is well worth waiting for, as they put all the energy and emotions into their gigs. And songs such as ‘Tommy-Gun’, ‘Everybody Wants to Be an Astronaut’, or ‘Full Steam Spacemachine’ just deserve to be heard live in a sweaty, beer-laden environment. That’s where the true beauty comes out.
