S.P.O.C.K - 35 Year Anniversary - Support: Steril
Since S.P.O.C.K (Star Pilot on Channel K) left their home planet Vulcan in 1988, Sweden has been their permanent Earth base. The music of the Synth Pop trio primarily pays homage to the stories of ‘Star Trek’ as well as other science fiction series. With electronic sounds, brilliant melodies, and lyrics inspired by science fiction, S.P.O.C.K has created the most astonishing Space-Pop in this galaxy.
The trio’s now 35-year-long mission will be celebrated on 11th November with a full set club show at the Kulttempel Oberhausen. On this occasion, the crew will be joined by the Electro Industrial band STERIL, founded in Oldenburg in 1990. So, set forth into the infinite expanses that no human has seen before. Live long and prosper.
