Coming to 013, Tilburg with their 'The Dare!' Tour 2007 The Human League has a special show. The band will perform the classic album 'Dare!' in full. The album was the first on to make electronic music like Karfwerk, music that the band members liked, into commercial pop music with references to (cult) movies and fashion. Decades later this album still inspires many dance-acts and club DJs. Of course hits like 'Open your Heart'. 'Love Actcion' and 'Don't you want me Baby'are still standards at 80s parties all around. A credit for The Human League is that their music opened the gates to succes for bands like Depeche Mode. Pet Shop Boys and New Order. You might also know the band from ground breaking, sublime and often sampled tracks like 'Being Boiled' form 1978.
