EVANESCENCE is an US-American Alternative Rock band which was founded in 1998. Their music is an interesting mixture of rock music, drama and poetry. Already their first album 'Fallen', which was published in 2003, was their breakthrough: It was sold more than 14 million times and was distinguished in more than 35 countries with platinum and gold! The singles coming from it, ‘Bring Me To Life’ and ‘My Immortal’, were used for the soundtrack of the film 'Daredevil'.
Since the end of 2010, the band around singer Amy Lee works now on their third album 'Evanescence' which should be published in October, 2011. Then in November they'll come for four concerts to Germany. On the 21st of November, 2011 we can experience EVANESCENCE live in Munich, moreover, they still play in Offenbach, Dusseldorf and Berlin.
