For a long time fans of the Berlin based Dark Metal band Eden Weint Im Grab needed to wait for the videoclip „In der Toten-Taverne". The crowdfunding campaign via Startnext and the video shoot had been finished in February already, but afterwards the postproduction took a bit longer. But it is a unique video in the scissor type silhouette style („Scherenschnitt"), for which the band found inspiration in the artwork of their current album „Na(c)htodreise". Director Rainer ZIPP Fränzen, who already did great videos for bands like Dimmu Borgir, Orden Ogan, Atrocity or Leaves' Eyes tells: "The trip into the afterworld has become a bizarre and ingenious dream. It was a pleasure to work with EwiG again. A drop of bitterness was that the postproduction meant much more effort than supposed. That's why the video collided with a few other projects, that had been planned before, and got delayed. But now it's finished and can be spread to thrill all the EwiG fans. A big SORRY but a even bigger HAVE FUN to you!"
