one year after their foundation, Indie Rock band SINCE MONROE from Birmingham released its debut EP ‘Lost Generation’. The songs are marked by catchy rocking hooks and are really varied with lots of sound changes. Also the vocals fit perfectly and the bass adds a certain depth to the songs. Even though the EP is quite short and the songs could not develop as much as they should, they show the musicians’ maturity of writing and performing good songs.
Conclusion: SINCE MONROE are a band to watch out since they will hopefully add bring fresh air into the Indie Rock genre.
