With ‘Zwischen Engeln & Teufeln’, BRDIGUNG delivered a good Deutschrock album. Not less, but also not much more. This new album misses the dirty, some kind of Metal influences the earlier albums had. Musically, they are swimming too much in the FREI.WILD territory. The “new” sound is more a step backwards than a development. Well, this album is in fact not really bad, it has its moments with good Punk-Rock sounds and pushing songs. But they lost their unique style.
Conclusion: For old fans of the band, this album might be not recommended, those who like new released by Rookies & Kings will also find pleasure with this album.
