Review Flash

The new creation of German band INLEGEND entitled ‘Goliath’s End’ (EP) seems to be a logical continuation of the previous full-length album ‘Stones at Goliath’ at least judging by the title. However each song is different and unique and completely reflects the main idea of the band’s style, described as hand-hammered piano craft, yet it’s really hard to limit music of INLEGEND with one or two genres, there are so many influences, sometimes too subtle, musical horizons and creativity. Beautiful piano parts, thought-provoking lyrics, nice vocals and catchy choruses will attract and please even the most sophisticated listeners. Every song produces an impression of a complete story and there’s nothing else to add, simply seat back and enjoy the musical journey into the magical world of legends brought to life. ‘Goliath’s End’ contains only six songs, but all of them have their own peculiar atmosphere and their own special mood, so the EP in this case can be equal to a full-length album and all the tracks deserves an attention.

Conclusion: INLEGEND doesn’t use too many instrument, only piano, drums and bass and of course vocals, but with this combination the musicians create something so incredibly great, that all their albums are must-hear at least once, and ‘Goliath’s End’ (EP) is not an exception.
