Dogstar - “Somewhere between the Power Lines and Palm Trees” - Support: Trouble in Paradize
On June 9th, 2024, DOGSTAR made their much-anticipated return to the stage at Rockhal in Luxembourg. The trio - Keanu Reeves, Brett Domrose, and Rob Mailhouse - delivered a solid performance, focusing on their music with a minimalist stage setup that emphasized their sound over spectacle.

Wave Gotik Treffen 2024 Day 3 & 4 with The Secret French Postcards, The Foreign Resort, A Projection, Klez.e, Nürnberg, Agent Side Grinder, Editors, Lisa Eckhart, Merciful Nuns
Our program during the last two festival days was very mixed. We had Post Punk, we hat Goth Rock, we had Indie with EDITORS and we even had some cabaret. That’s what WGT is famous for… you can experience very different styles of dark music and a varied surrounding program…

Wave Gotik Treffen 2024 Day 1 & 2 with Peter Heppner, GVLLOW, Ladytron, Martial Canterel, Still Patient?, Girls under Glass
We started this year’s WGT on the Agra area. As soon as we arrived, we were able to watch the omnipresent Dr Mark Benecke during one of his interviews for television. As on every Friday of the WGT, the Agra grounds slowly but steadily filled up. For most visitors, it was the day of arrival and the campground was already well filled. Metallica - “M72 World Tour - No Repeat Weekend” - Special Guests: Architects, Mammoth WVH
Does it get any bigger and better than that? (Spoiler: No, it doesn’t) The world’s biggest metal band METALLICA has teamed up with some real top-notch acts to bring you two nights of uninterrupted fun. Why the one-day break in between the gigs? That will remain the secret of the party hosts (extended recovery time), but the fact is it will be a massive set of shows where METALLICA will have fun by playing two totally different setlists. Also, the stage build will feature an enlarged snake pit for the die-hard (and most affluent) fans, to offer them a truly immersive experience. And immersive it was indeed. You could rightfully talk about at an entire city takeover. Everywhere in the city you saw flocks of middle-aged people sporting their favourite band’s merchandise, enjoying the sunny springtime in Munich.
