Album / DVD Review

KORN are one of the leaders of the so called nu-metal. Since they released their debut album back in 1994, almost all of their releases have been successful. To this day, KORN has sold 35 million albums worldwide and has earned two Grammy Awards out of seven nominations. In 2012, KORN decided to release a live album. They recorded it in Hollywood Palladium and for this night, KORN invited many of their friends (Skrillex, Excision, Datsik, Downlink, Kill the Noise, 12th Planet) to join them on stage. In this album we can listen almost all of KORN's hits plus many tracks from their last studio album 'The Path of Totality'. The band's performance is in high standards, Jonathan communicates very well with the crowd and the crowd's response is very warm! The production of the album is very good, it captures the characteristic KORN sound and makes the listener feel the vibe of the performance. If you are a KORN fan for sure you will enjoy this release, if you are not and you want a first contact with KORN's music this album is a good choice. The package will be available in two versions: as Blu-ray + CD or as DVD + CD.
