Peter Heppner – Acoustic
There is only one Trinity that makes me want to visit a church and this is the Trinity of As: Architecture, Arts and acoustic concerts. On this evening there was not much to admire regarding the first two As – being in a Protestant church (with a capacity of approximately 800 people) the furnishing was meagre, but I finally had the pleasure to see and hear PETER HEPPNER perform and thus enjoy the excellent acoustic of this venue. For the singer himself it was the first time to give an acoustic concert and so it was no wonder that he was quite nervous before he entered the stage, especially as he had caught a cold some days ago. The show was nearly sold out.

The Neon Judgement
Back in the eighties Heerlen had a New Wave Café that was called Inpoet by most people. Every Friday DJ Kitty played the most obscure record during the weekly dance evening event. Sometimes there was a band performing like THE NEON JUDGEMENT in 1985.

DAF & Fehlfarben - ‘Verschwende Deine Jugend 2014’
When two legends of the Punk and NDW era decide to perform on one evening in the same venue (with a capacity of 900 people), it is no surprise that this event is sold-out, even more as it is for both bands a home match. In the eighties, DAF and FEHLFARBEN were regular guests in the renowned Ratinger Hof club in Düsseldorf, a fancied venue of the Punk and Wave members. It was the place where the guys of the bands met, hung around and performed of course. Despite many other bands of the NDW/ Punk genre these bands impressed with intelligent lyrics, their smart way to play with the German language, an inspiration for those who are able to read between the lines. But this is not the only thing they have in common. Two of the founding members of DAF, Kurt Dahlke (keyboards) and Michael Kemner (bass) are long-time members of FEHLFARBEN. Disbanding and reuniting is as well a history they share. But fortunately they are back for good and surely they still inspire bands/ musicians nowadays as they did back in the eighties.

Schandmaul & Feuerschwanz
The second part of the "Unendlich" tour led SCHANDMAUL to the Haus Auensee in Leipzig. This time they were supported by FEUERSCHWANZ. With this combination, the evening promised in advance to be very funny.
