De/Vision - '25 Years - Best Of Tour' & Support: Tenek
Rain and cold were not a nice Saturday in Munich for going out... How well, that there was at least a little bit special for the ears on that day: DE/VISION were coming to town for a concert celebrating their 25-year-jubilee.

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds & Shilpa Ray
The artistic fields of NICK CAVE are wide. Not only he is best known as front man of THE BAD SEED, he also is a book and script writer, delivered film music and is busy in various side projects, to name the most important GRINDERMAN. But no matter in which field he is currently working, always the applause of fans and press is for sure. Currently, his main interest is on THE BAD SEEDS. With the band, he released a new album, ‘Push The Sky Away’ in February and now is playing several dates in Germany. Read how much the show in Düsseldorf impressed us.

Paradise Lost, Lacuna Coil, Katatonia
The English metal band PARADISE LOST celebrates its 25th anniversary with a triple tour featuring no one less than KATATONIA and LACUNA COIL. All in all a well filled evening with basically three headliners so I’m expecting the venue to be sold out or quite filled up at least.

Pulp, Duisburg, Germany
9th November 2013
Mesh & Sinestar
The Pulp in Duisburg is also called “The event castle” as the entrance looks like a tower with an old canon in front of it and different halls inside with extraordinary furniture and decoration, every piece of it handmade and unique. “The cave”, where the concerts take place, has a capacity of 850 people. But the Pulp is not only a venue for concerts. Different kinds of parties take place and you can hire some of the rooms/ halls for private parties or other events. Besides having a drink or two there is always a selection of fresh homemade food you can get there for little money. Today, we enjoyed the concert of UK band MESH at this nice location.

White Lies & In The Valley Below
Since the release of their debut album in 2009, British press calls this band the “successor of JOY DIVISION or THE JESUS & MARY CHAIN” and puts them on the same level as EDITORS or INTERPOL. Also the band’s international success was steadily growing. Having a new album, ‘Big TV’, released in summer, WHITE LIES are now on a tour to present it to their fans. And many fans followed the call. The Live-Music-Hall in Cologne was packed. But before the evening’s headliner entered the stage, IN THE VALLEY BELOW were warming up the audience.
