When he became the frontman of the influential New Wave and Synth-Pop band ULTRAVOX in 1979, MIDGE URE had already experienced several successful musical careers in various bands. The multi-platinum and gold award-winning MIDGE URE is celebrating his “Catalogue: The Hits” tour with fans, performing ULTRAVOX hits like ‘Dancing With Tears In My Eyes’ or ‘Hymn’, his solo hits, and songs from the many band projects throughout his career.

Some bands follow trends, and then there are bands like TORUL, who exist in a realm entirely their own, sculpting soundscapes that defy convention while resonating with deep emotional complexity. With their latest album, ‘Superposition’, the Slovenian trio once again pushes the boundaries of Darkwave, Synthpop, and alternative electronic music, crafting an experience that is both introspective and electrifying. Last weekend, BLOODYWOOD stopped at Täubchenthal in Leipzig with their “Return of the Singh Tour”. DEMONIC RESSURECTION, a band also from India that has been enriching the metal scene for 25 years with their blend of Death and Black Metal, opened the evening. Following that, British trio CALVA LOUISE got the crowd going with their explosive mix of Alternative Rock, Punk, and Electronic sounds. The combination of these three bands promised a diverse evening full of energetic performances and musical diversity.

NYHC enthusiasts have been salivating for months: For the first time in history, two of Brooklyn’s finest bands have decided to join a monumental European tour as Co-Headliners, spanning 24 cities in 10 countries. Needless to say, tickets sold fast, and so 1.600 fans heeded the call on a relaxed and warm Sunday evening to travel back in time for three decades to experience their idols alive and kicking.
