MUMFORD & SONS are set to make their highly anticipated return to the stage next month, announcing nine intimate live dates across Europe, the UK, Australia, and North America/Canada. These concerts mark the band’s first headline performances in the UK and Europe since 2018. Last month, the British folk-rock band revealed details of their new album ‘Rushmere’, their first in seven years, set for release on March 28 via Island Records. The stunning title track is available to listen to here.Ahead of the album release, MUMFORD & SONS will visit Europe in March for a series of intimate club shows in Amsterdam, Paris, and Berlin, before returning to the UK to perform at the O2 Forum Kentish Town on March 11. The band will then make a stop at the Sydney Opera House before concluding their tour with four dates in North America and Canada.
Ticket Information: Members of Agora, the band’s fan community, will have exclusive access to tickets starting Thursday, February 13. A limited number of remaining tickets will then go on general sale on Friday, February 14, at 10 AM local time.
Fans are advised to:
- Sign up for Agora and register their interest in the show they wish to attend by Monday, February 10, 11:59 PM (GMT).
- To ensure fairness, fans may only register for one event - duplicate registrations will not be counted.
- Registration does not guarantee access to tickets, as not all registrations can be accommodated.
Ticket access will be granted through unique codes. Fans will be notified and can log in from Wednesday, February 12, at 6 PM (local time of the selected event) to check if they have access. Before these concerts, MUMFORD & SONS will join artists such as David Byrne, Jack White, Chris Martin, and Lady Gaga to celebrate 50 years of Saturday Night Live at SNL: The Homecoming Concert at Radio City Hall in New York. The show will be streamed live on Peacock for US audiences on February 14.
‘Rushmere’ is where it all began for MUMFORD & SONS. The pond in Wimbledon Common, southwest London, was the place where Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, and Ted Dwane first spent time together and originally conceived the idea of forming a band. Rushmere was as familiar to them as the instruments they played and remains at the heart of their origin story. ‘Rushmere’ marks the beginning of the next chapter for MUMFORD & SONS, following an intense creative period for the trio. The album was produced by nine-time Grammy winner Dave Cobb and recorded at RCA Studio A in Nashville, Savannah, Georgia, and Marcus’ studio in Devon, UK.
