Today, we can announce, everyone can call a ‘Sandmann’ their own as of 20th Feb. 2009, as that’s the date when the brand new OOMPH! single ‘Sandmann’ comes out. You can choose between two editions: A normal edition with the title track and the [:SITD:] remix; and a limited 5-trakc version with 3 additional tracks + 3 videos of ‘Monster’ tracks (Labyrinth, Auf Kurs, and Sandmann). Finally you can enjoy the current OOMPH! videos anytime. It’s no secret VAN CANTO don’t have any guitars, bass and no keyboard, but they have drums. Other bands have to rely on their Tetris skills when it comes to storing away their tour equipment in the tour bus. Consequently; the VAN CANTO bus is packed much faster, so they can hit the road with the LETZTE INSTANZ guys from April on. Last Thursday, the yearly Bundesvision Song Contest also started for P:LOT, representing the Saarland with their new single ‘Mein Name ist…’, because before all candidates perform on 13th February in Potsdam, they get the chance to present themselves to a broad audience at German TV show TV Total. This goes for P:LOT as well and if you’ve missed their performance. Here you find P:LOT talking to Stefan Raab, as well as their commercial for the Bundesvision Song Contest.
