After more than 70 concerts on their European and US tours last year, CHTHONIC will be performing at internationally renowned music festivals W:O:A in Germany (Aug. 1st), Brutal Assault in the Czech Republic (Aug. 6th), and Summer Sonic in Tokyo and Osaka in Japan this summer.
Having performed twice at Wacken Open Air in Germany already, the Taiwanese heavy metal band CHTHONIC will have its third performance at the music festival—and for the very first time, it will perform on the W:O:A Black Stage on August 1st, together with members of the Chai Found Oriental Orchestra. An award-winning orchestra of traditional instruments and has performed with CHTHONIC in Taiwan (which were recorded on the Ián-bú DVD as classic examples of cooperation between heavy metal rock and traditional music). CHTHONIC will share this now with fans at W:O:A, and expand the four-member mini-orchestra to a 10-member full orchestra, hoping to give European audience something they have never experienced before.

HANTE. (“Haunts” in French) is a secret solo female project. On Soundcloud, the only description you can read is “Haunted Wave from Paris”. Up to now, HANTE. has released two very promising tracks on the internet: ‘Damages’ and ‘Beyond The Waves’. It's magnificent Dark Minimal Synth-Pop, pretty much in the style of PHOSPHOR, LINEA ASPERA, MINUIT MACHINE, etc. Despite the name of the band, there are no witch-house or witch-wave accents in the music.
