L'Âme Immortelle with support

The Austrian Darkwave duo L'ÂME IMMORTELLE have planned a couple of concert gigs in autumn this year. The melancholy and lovelorn lyrics of the band fit this time of the year perfectly. With the harsh male vocals of Thomas Reiner and the emotional vocals of Sonja Kraushofer they are back to the original electronic roots. Their last album ‘Momente’ dates back to 2012, closely followed by a remix album called ‘Fragmente.’

We all know WAYNE HUSSEY as front man from THE MISSION and of course his work in THE SISTERS OF MERCY in an earlier life. HUSSEY is touring since 2002 with his acoustic guitar, playing a set of old and new songs, well known songs but also rare and lesser known songs. ‘The Songs Of Candlelight And Razorblades Tour’ will pay a visit at the Nieuwe Nor for a seated concert with a maximum of 100 visitors. The audience will have influence in determining the setlist, following HUSSEY’s creed: “give 'em a little of what they want, a little of what you want, and a little of what you think they need!”

In order to not only create a sort of monument for past works but to also provide the listener with a stepping stone for future endeavors, the popular German Synth Pop group decided to completely re-record an exquisite selection of the best songs plus fan favorites, thus giving them a total overhaul and merging the old with the new.
