Century Media Records are very proud to announce the signing of the Swedish heavy metal rock band THE DAGGER. THE DAGGER consists of Fred Estby (drums), Tobias Cristiansson (bass), David Blomqvist (guitars) and Jani Kataja (vocals), who have been active in bands such as Dismember, Grave or also Sideburn. THE DAGGER were formed in 2009 (originally as DAGGER, but upgraded the name ever since) with the aim to create real classic hard rock / heavy metal rooted in blues rock and to perform it simply the way they like to hear it themselves.

Hardly any other band has influenced the Heavy Metal genre as much as German legends ACCEPT! Classics albums such as 'Restless And Wild' (1982), 'Balls To The Wall' (1983) and 'Metal Heart' (1985), have inspired generations of new bands, and this has continued since their reunion in 2009. Both 'Blood Of The Nations' (2010) and 'Stalingrad' (2012) entered the charts globally ( #6 in Germany, #81 in the USA) and underline the premiere league status ACCEPT still have today. Now ACCEPT announce the release of their new studio album: "Something happened to us, something subliminal and impetuous," commented main composer Wolf Hoffmann. Las Vegas breakthrough rockers, OTHERWISE, have begun recording their highly anticipated sophomore album, tentatively scheduled for a late Summer/early Fall release. Their sophomore release "Peace At All Costs", is being produced by Grammy Award winner Dave Bottrill (Tool, Muse, Stone Sour, Godsmack, Staind, Peter Gabriel) at Audio Mix House and Vegas View Recording Studios in their hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada.
