It is with great pleasure that Armoury Records, in conjunction with earMUSIC, welcomes ANETTE OLZON to their expanding roster of powerful frontwomen.
Best known for her time fronting symphonic metal brigade Nightwish for five years before fleeing the band in 2012, the Swedish born songstress has established herself as a true apex among female rock singers globally and will continue the trend with her forthcoming solo release entitled Shine. Produced by Stefan Örn and Johan Glössner, co-produced byOLZON alongside Johan Kronlund and mixed by Kronlund, Nicklas Flykt and Ronny Lahti (known for his work with Loreen and Roxette), Shine is a logical next step in OLZON's flourishing musical journey.

Birdy
BIRDY which is called, originally, Jasmine van den Bogaerde is an English pop singer, born in 1996. Already during her early years she learnt playing the piano from her mother, a concert pianist. With a talent competition she won 2008 a 6-day lasting studio session. Then in 2011 her debut album 'Birdy' - which reached place 16 of the Charts in Germany - was released. This year in autumn, her third album 'Fire Within' was out.

METALFEST taking place at beautiful Loreley is able to announce more bands confirmed. German medieval success Rockers IN EXTREMO will be another headliner at the festival, Eluveitie, Brainstorm and Winterstorm some more high class programme. From 19. until 21. June the festival will open it s doors and promises an excellent line up therefore. With SABATON, KREATOR, SALTATIO MORTIS as well as POWERWOLF some big names have been confirmed for a couple of weeks already. Now IN EXTREMO can be announced.
