More intense than ever - With the video clip for “Lost in this World” a new artistic era is dawning for Lost Area. The title might sound as one of those tragic and well-known stories is told - just like the ones countless other bands tell us about. But Lost Area are not known for doing something this trivial: Even if each and every one of us is feeling all alone from time to time - The band prefers to look at it from another perspective. They feel that every individuality is something valuable and desirable. Along this typical shimmer of hope at the end of the horizon, some other well known elements are sitting in this vessel through the lost seas: Emotionality, a charismatic voice and melodies partly atmospheric and partly tough but always very catchy and ingratiating.

Fans had to wait three years, but finally end of April, Finland’s most successful rock band released their eighth studio album, ‘Tears On Tape’, and conquered once more international charts. The Dark Rock band with its longing melodies right away climbed up position two in Germany and Finland; in USA, the album made it up to position fifteen. After successful and celebrated club shows end of April, the band around talented singer Ville Valo comes back in autumn for a big German tour, leading them to Hamburg, Berlin, Wiesbaden, Leipzig, Munich and Cologne between 6th and 18th October.

PARADISE LOST are pleased to confirm that their 25th anniversary "Tragic Illusion" tour in November 2013 has been extended to now include a number of European dates! As with the UK shows, the band will be supported by both Lacuna Coil, and Katatonia (who will be playing the entire "Viva Emptiness" album at the shows). On June 17th, 2013 PARADISE LOST already performed live with Cristina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil on guest vocals at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards in London where the band received the "Inspiration" Award. With a career dating back to 1988, and their official recording debut in 1990, the band has been riding a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Over their following career, PARADISE LOST have not only created and defined genres and styles, but almost immediately transcended them.

Sammy Hagar has enlisted three legendary musicians - Toby Keith, Mickey Hart and Taj Mahal - to round out the final three tracks on his first-ever rock collaborations album: "Sammy Hagar and Friends." The highly anticipated new album is set for release by Frontiers Records on September 24th in North America, September 27th in Europe, September 29th in the UK, and will be preceded by the album's first single and video for the high voltage track "Knockdown Dragout" featuring Kid Rock, Joe Satriani and Denny Carmassi.

The vintage death metal masters of GRAVE have recently finished the recording for the brand new 5-track EP "Morbid Ascent" which serves as an appendix to the band's highly acclaimed 2012 album "Endless Procession Of Souls". This EP includes two brand new tracks, a cover version of Satyricon's "Possessed", a remix version of "Epos" as well as the newly recorded version of "Reality Of Life", a classic GRAVE demo track from the "Sexual Mutilation" demo (1989). The EP opening track "Venial Sin" is featuring some shrieking guest solos by AUTOPSY's Eric Cutler. The eldritch cover artwork as well as additional interior artwork and the entire layout has been done again by Costin Chioreanu, who has already done covers for the three previous GRAVE albums as well as artwork for numerous other artists and bands (Darkthrone, Destroyer 666, Ulver etc.).
