The English metal band PARADISE LOST celebrates its 25th anniversary this fall with a triple tour. During their band lifetime the band changed styles a few times from death/doom to electronic and finally ended up in gothic metal. With the release of the albums ‘Icon’ (1993) and ‘Draconian Times’ (1995) Paradise Lost also became known as the pioneers of gothic metal. Their latest album ‘Tragic Idol’ came out in 2012.

Instrumental post-rock band AND SO I WATCH YOU FROM AFAR manages to put more notes in one song than their hometown has inhabitants.
