PARADISE LOST are pleased to confirm that their 25th anniversary "Tragic Illusion" tour in November 2013 has been extended to now include a number of European dates! As with the UK shows, the band will be supported by both Lacuna Coil, and Katatonia (who will be playing the entire "Viva Emptiness" album at the shows). On June 17th, 2013 PARADISE LOST already performed live with Cristina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil on guest vocals at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards in London where the band received the "Inspiration" Award. With a career dating back to 1988, and their official recording debut in 1990, the band has been riding a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Over their following career, PARADISE LOST have not only created and defined genres and styles, but almost immediately transcended them.

Sammy Hagar has enlisted three legendary musicians - Toby Keith, Mickey Hart and Taj Mahal - to round out the final three tracks on his first-ever rock collaborations album: "Sammy Hagar and Friends." The highly anticipated new album is set for release by Frontiers Records on September 24th in North America, September 27th in Europe, September 29th in the UK, and will be preceded by the album's first single and video for the high voltage track "Knockdown Dragout" featuring Kid Rock, Joe Satriani and Denny Carmassi.

The vintage death metal masters of GRAVE have recently finished the recording for the brand new 5-track EP "Morbid Ascent" which serves as an appendix to the band's highly acclaimed 2012 album "Endless Procession Of Souls". This EP includes two brand new tracks, a cover version of Satyricon's "Possessed", a remix version of "Epos" as well as the newly recorded version of "Reality Of Life", a classic GRAVE demo track from the "Sexual Mutilation" demo (1989). The EP opening track "Venial Sin" is featuring some shrieking guest solos by AUTOPSY's Eric Cutler. The eldritch cover artwork as well as additional interior artwork and the entire layout has been done again by Costin Chioreanu, who has already done covers for the three previous GRAVE albums as well as artwork for numerous other artists and bands (Darkthrone, Destroyer 666, Ulver etc.). It all starts with a mystic woman dressed in black, slowly striding through long corridors: Tarja. Cut. Then, a painter, a dancer and an oboe player are shown in a dusty, old factory. All caged in their dull habits, their daily tasks, repeating their monotone movements over and over again – all victims of their rituals. Tarja is coming to their rescue. With a hint of a smile and powerful colours, she is able to free them and brings out the best in each of them. It all could have ended here, wasn’t it for the dark, suspicious figures. They have been following Tarja the whole time, watching her every move and then, chase her, try to get her down. Will they succeed or will Tarja win the epic final battle?

Melodic black metal masters CARACH ANGREN are streaming tracks off the reissues of their first two albums ‘Lammendam’ and ‘Death Came Through A Phantom Ship’. The songs, titled "A Strange Presence Near the Woods" and "The Sighting Is a Portent of Doom" are streaming now via New Noise Magazine. The new, expanded editions of these long out-of-print full-lengths will be released on July 19th worldwide (July 23rd in North America) via Season of Mist. The re-issue of their debut album, ‘Lammendam’ features three bonus tracks taken from the rare ‘Ethereal Veiled Existence’ EP (2005); "There Was No Light", "After Death Premises", and "Yonder Realm Photography". ‘Death Came Through A Phantom Ship’ will feature three bonus tracks taken from ‘The Chase Vault Tragedy’ demo and from the ‘Ethereal Veiled Existence’ EP, re-recorded in 2011; "The Ghost of Raynham Hall", "Ethereal Veiled Existence", and "Sepulchral Disequilibrium".
