Following on from their reformation in 2006, Billy Corgan’s group The Smashing Pumpkins will make their first ever appearance at La Plaine de la Machine a Feu in Dour. The Chicago band will be supporting the release of their latest album ‘Ocean’, as well as playing some of their other cult hits from such legendary albums as ‘Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness’, ‘Siamese Dream’ and ‘Adore’. And for the icing on the cake: the show will be supported by unique visuals from Sean Evans, who has worked -- among other things - on Roger Waters’ ‘The Wall’ show. Something special to round off the 25th edition of the festival – one that is already hotting up!

Less than 1 year after the last CD release comes "FH4" - the new Faderhead album. It'll be available on CD and at your favorite download store from March 1, 2013. 13 songs including features with Shawn Mierez, Shaolyn and Brian Graupner of The Gothsicles make up a record that sees Faderhead go back a little towards the days of FH1, FH2 and FH3 - which should be much anticipated by a lot of long-time fans. For now the soome of the track titles already sound quite interesting:

Finnish masters of melacholic dark metal, AMORPHIS, have announced the title of the band's upcoming album. The 11th AMORPHIS album will be entitled "Circle" and is set to be released April 19, 2013 via Nuclear Blast.
