The gentlemen of COPPELIUS will release their fourth studio album 'Extrablatt' on 15th February 2013. The new work proves the success of classic instruments supported by electronics. The dark-romantic stories are blinking with a conspiratorial-ironic undertone and the four singers sing with their own timbre or alltogether in a choir. MARTIN KILGER is back with his new album 'Leon' (titled after his song 'Leben oder nicht'), so be out on 25th January 2013. One this is for sure: this work deals with all questions of live in a musical way. Some years ago, Martin moved to Hamburg, where he now produced the album with Sandi Strmljan (i.e. Lindenberg, Chris Norman...). Remarkable on the album are once more the catchy and sensitive lyrics coming directly from Kilger's soul and giving a deep insight into his character. Not even on sale, but already on position 1 at Amazon in the area Film / Music / Alternative. TERRORGRUPPE releases a DVD with the simple title ‘Sündige Säuglinge hinter Klostermauern zur Lust verdammt‘. Yea, there they are, sadly not live and sadly not with a new CD, but with a documentation about 13 years TERRORGRUPPE not leaving an eye dry. The DVD contains film rarities from live shows, memories, TV appearances and interviews with all people involved, comments by THE BEATSTEAKS, BELA B and others – compiled with lots of emotions and the result is an entertaining movie with lots of music. ORCHESTRAL MANOEUVRES IN THE DARK, Short OMD, the British electronic music legends, signed a worldwide deal with BMG Rights Management to release their new album ‘English Electric’, to be released on Germany on 5th April 2013. Written, recorded, produced and mixed by Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphreys, the album contains 12 songs dealing with technics, the universe and love. The release marks a come-back of the band, whose hit ‘Enola Gay’ from 1980 enthused again during the opening ceremony of Olympic Games last year.
