PRIVATE LINE, formed in 1995 and with their current line-up being constant since 2002, is one of the established and yet smaller rock bands of Finland. Their latest album was released in 2011 and goes by the name ‘Dead Decade’.

BONAPARTE recently released their third album 'Sorry We're Open' and presented another Trash-Pop gem. The title track "Sorry We're Open", being released as single end of September, is available already now as Mr. Robot's Cheap-Ass Deluxe Lyric Video.

The Southern California rock act BOY HITS CAR will be going back out on their first headline tour in over 10 years, and will be bringing Exotic Animal Petting Zoo (Mediaskare Records) as support! The tour is dubbed the Embrace The Fire tour. Look for BOY HITS CAR to be playing a handful of classics from their self-titled Wind Up Records release, and embrace yourself for some new tunes, too.
BOY HITS CAR is running a contest for their diehard fans. The band will be giving away 2 (two) free tickets and 2 (two) autographed copies of Stealing Fire to 2 (two) lucky fans at each tour date below. The rules are simple.

With 2,000 visitors, the second edition of Nordstern Festival in July 2012 was very successful. Now, the date for 2013 is set and the first bands announced. The third edition of Nordstern festival will take place on 12th and 13th July 2013. As usually, the first festival day takes place indoor at the Markthalle where 12 bands will perform, and the second day will happen open air at the Stadtpark with six more bands. And here are the first confirmed bands for the 2013 edition:

Following supports to Ed Sheeran and Seth Lakeman, the exceptionally talented Ethan Ash releases a six track EP, ‘Playing By Numbers’, on October 1st. Along with a video to accompany one of the tracks and a special 30 minute video of a live studio session with guest musicians. Tipped as ‘one to watch’ by Acoustic Magazine, Ethan will support the EP with an Autumn tour and add to his current busy gig schedule which included playing slots with P Money, Foy Vance, Leddra Chapman, Passenger, Rachel Sermanni and John Bramwell (I Am Kloot), headline shows at The Stables in Milton Keynes and The Glee Club, Birmingham and sets at Camp Bestival, The Secret Garden Party, Y Not Festival, MK International Festival and several other festivals.
