Static-X has just revealed PRONG as a Special Guest for the 2nd leg of the Noise Revolution Summer 2012 Tour. PRONG joins the tour in support of their new record, Carved Into Stone, while Static-X returns for it's first tour since 2009. Static-X frontman Wayne Static comments, "I'm very excited to have Prong join the tour. Over the years Prong has had a huge influence on many musicians, including myself, and I am honored to share the stage with them."
Tommy Victor of PRONG adds his sentiment by stating: “STATIC X has been carrying the torch for no-nonsense, hard hitting music for many years and it's an honor to tour with them. They've put out great records again and again and I've witnessed their live show so many times and never been disappointed. It's going to be fun to see them every night tearing it up with those killer riffs, great beats and raucous hooks! Prong officially thanks Wayne and company for this opportunity!”

Finnish assassins of the light THE 69 EYES are currently hard at work on their tenth studio album in Stockholm, Sweden. The new album will reference the band’s trademark “goth’n’roll” sound best exemplified on the albums Blessed Be from 2000 and Paris Kills from 2002. “The last album was recorded in Hollywood adding that special L.A. glam flavor to our sound,” states vocalist Jyrki Linnankivi (aka Jyrki69). “Now this time – as this album is our ‘Made in Sweden’ record – our melodic, Scandinavian melancholy side is rising to the top!” THE 69 EYES have paired up with the Swedish production team On The Verge to bring back the beauty in their sound.

After a stellar first album entitled "Sleepers In The Rift", MORBS CHRON is back with a new offering addressed to the death metal freaks around the world! This time the band decided to release a 10" vinyl entitled "A Saunter Through The Shroud". This release will feature 3 new tracks which were recorded and mixed some months ago by Fred Estby (ex-Dismenber, at Gutterview Recorders) in Stockholm and mastered by Andy Jackson at Tube Mastering in the UK. Once again, the band managed to remain faithful to the early 90's death metal standards while also brilliantly managing to incorporate their own fresh inspiration to the music.
