NYC-based industrial/electronic/experimental band Dream Into Dust has released 6 different mixes and a video of their new song "Counterfeit" as a teaser for their upcoming album. In keeping with its lyrical theme, the song is constructed of toy instruments, over processed loops and drum machines, analog synthesizers, a hacked Atari 2600, a cheap bass guitar recorded on a boombox, and Bryin Dall (also of Genesis P-Orridge's Thee Majesty) playing a circuit-bent plastic guitar and additional sound design.- Details

Swiss hard rock icons GOTTHARD will release "Heaven - Best Of Ballads Part 2" on November 26, 2010!"Heaven - Best Of Ballads Part II" represents the most successful era of a band that has been together in the same line-up since the late 80s and which would only be split by death when singer Steve Lee tragically died on October 5, 2010 while on a motorcycle trip near Las Vegas. It stands for eight years of band history in which GOTTHARD had their big international break-through and were awarded diamond status for more than one million copies sold in their home country. No other band is such a symbol for Swiss music history as GOTTHARD.

Swedish modern rock / metal icons SONIC SYNDICATE are sorry to announce that Richard Sjunnesson will not be traveling with Sonic Syndicate on their upcoming tour and the band have issued this statement: "Hello to all our fans! We can't wait to see you all on the We Rule the World tour! However we're sorry to announce that Richard will not be completing the remaining dates with us. He is taking a break for family and personal reasons.
