Whenever there was a border, may it be a musical, or an artistic one, there has always been a band that was willing to cross it. To break new paths others might follow them on. RAMMSTEIN can definitely be counted to that circle of bands. It’s like it’s been embedded into their genes and is like a golden threat permeating from the start, the band name already bears enough stuff for controversy, until the present with the heavily talked about video clip to the recent single ‘Pussy’ off their newest full-length album ‘Liebe ist für alle da’.

Assemblage 23, Abstract Decay
Prior to starting ASSEMBLAGE 23, mastermind Tom Shear had already made music from the beginning of the 80´s. Eventually, the foundation stone of the American project had been laid in 1988 at a DEPECHE MODE concert when Shear listened to the opening DJ who played industrial dance music. In 1999, Tom Shear released the first ASSEMBLAGE 23 album entitled with `Contempt´ and soon received a growing attention that has been undiminished until today. Last year, ASSEMBLAGE 23´s most recent album `Compass´ hit the stores and was highly acclaimed by critics and fans alike. This year, Tom Shear will be on an extensive tour leading him to Europe and the USA from February to May.

It may be sounding tasteless, but somehow it just fits. PANDORA a like a nuclear bomb. If you drop it over a desert nothing happens, really. Israel’s ORPHANED LAND kick off the New Year with a brand-new track from their upcoming opus “The Never Ending Way Of ORwarriOR”. Singer Kobi Farhi explains: “Disciples Of The Sacred Oath II is a heavy song, both musically and lyrically and it is one of the most important tracks of the album by its meaning. Indeed, it calls for a lying down of arms, to realize that the warriors are first of all brothers: “Lay down your swords, blood and flesh you share”...”Shall we see the end of war, bloodbrothers?” It is definitively the most outspoken text we ever wrote on this subject.
