Garbage - “Version 2.0: 20 Years Paranoid” Tour 2018 - Special Guests: Dream Wife
The legendary Alternative Rock formation GARBAGE comes on tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their second album ‘Version 2.0’. GARBAGE was formed around the legendary producer Butch Vig (NIRVANA’s ‘Nevermind’ album et al) in Madison, Wisconsin in 1993. In 1995 the band released their self-titled debut album, and it became an instant hit, selling over four million copies world-wide. Scottish singer and guitarist Shirley Manson artfully dominated the visual appearance of the band, making GARBAGE stand out from the rest of the bands of the long-gone “grunge” era.
The current tour will celebrate songs like ‘I think I’m paranoid’, ‘Push it’, or ‘Special’, which will certainly take people down memory lane, as well captivate new fans. Certainly, GARBAGE will also throw a handful of songs from their other albums in the mix. Rumour has it that there is a new album in the works, which might be released in 2019. So, it will be exciting to see how these musicians have matured in the meantime.
