Sting - “My Songs” Tour 2022 - Support: Joe Sumner
STING is back in Luxembourg with his celebrated ‘My Songs’ tour, presenting the big hits of his career together with a band. In Esch, the Englishman will be at the Rockhal on the 29th March 2022.
Since the break-up of THE POLICE in 1984, Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner alias STING has been wandering on solo paths and is still successful on the road. As one of the most distinctive solo artists, he can boast countless prizes and awards, including eleven Grammys, a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award. In spring 2022, STING returns to Europe with his celebrated “My Songs” tour and invites his fans on a musical journey through time with his great hits. The highlights include classics like ‘Englishman In New York’ and ‘Fields Of Gold’, but also anthems from his time with THE POLICE like ‘Every Breath You Take’.
At the shows, STING will be accompanied by an electric rock ensemble, including Dominic Miller and Rufus Miller on guitars, Josh Freese on drums, Kevon Webster on keyboards, Shane Sager on harmonica and Melissa Musique and Gene Noble on backing vocals.
