This album is truly a modern magnum opus if you like the following: AC/DC, bands who try and sound like AC/DC, guitars, whisky, open-top cars, preferably big ones, preferably on big, dusty old roads with cacti lining the way, guitars, more guitars, big fat riffs, massive lyrical clichés, denim flares, in fact denim anything, sew-on patches, a few more guitars, words like Rockin’, Driftin’ and Dude, and the heady smell of unwashed hair and engine oil. If you don’t, then this is a truly pointless, uninspiring mess of dated sludge rock.
Conclusion: You decide. I’m too busy.
