Belfast rockers BALEFUL CREED are back after 2017 ‘Seismic Shifter’. The four-piece started in 2009 and look back at highlights like supporting PRAYING MANTIS and the tribute band DIO RISING. Sound-wise BALEFUL CREED is old-school Heavy Rock like ROSE TATTOO, AC/DC and MOTÖRHEAD but with a sound that is a bit more refined when it comes to the vocals (hats off to Davy Greer) and really heavy on the dominance of the bass (also Davy Greer). If you are into Blues Rock this is also a detectable influence and even a bit of HELLACOPTERS cockiness here and there. All in all, this is a nice rocking experience aside from all the mainstream blown-out-of-proportion-and-produced-to death rubbish. Check out BALEFUL CREED if you dig the mentioned bands and bands like BÜRNER.
Conclusion: Listen closely to the bass-lines, I dig it!
