Album Review

THE DARKNESS is somewhere along the road of their fifteen year’s career with fourth album ‘Last Of Our Kind’ with cheesy glam rock, high pitch voice and theatrics that may be turned a tad lesser to concentrate on. Problem is that still they sound so dated and not in a good way, they fail to grab at least a shred of nostalgia and instead a tepid boredom. Is it parody? Perhaps but even then it just leaves a listener cold, it’s just not that much fun. It’s difficult to sit through it, even for the high pitched parts that at least kick the peak up a bit, but that’s all. Nothing to hear here, move along.
