WTF??? That’s the first thought I had upon looking at the single cover. This band with its explicit lyrics and videos always knows how to surprise their audience! Listening to the songs…well, there’s no surprise at all! Hell yeah, RAMMSTEIN is back! Nothing else counts.
‘Pussy’ is the typical “shocker” with very explicit lyrics and as usual allusive. Here are some samples out of the lyrics: “Too short, too tall / Doesn't matter, one size fits all. Zu groß, zu klein / Der Schlagbaum sollte oben sein“ “Schönes Fräulein, Lust auf mehr? / Blitzkrieg mit dem Fleischgewehr” The song itself reminds one beyond doubt of their song ‘Moskau’, one of my favourites from the album ‘Reise, Reise’. The second song ‘Rammlied’ is going to be the new band hymn, that’s for sure! Born to devastate everything that's crosses its way as it seems. I’m looking forward to experiencing this song in a crowd of RAMMSTEIN maniacs. Hell awaits! As for the songs, ‘Pussy’ is not really a surprise. Nevertheless, these two songs are a slap in everyone’s face…there’s life in the old dog yet!
