Rroyce - “Karoshi” Album Release Show
“Karoshi” is Japanese and refers to the job-related death, which is usually caused by fatal stress. RROYCE (Casi - vocals, Kay - keys, Al - guitar) connect their second album with this term, whose release was celebrated together with the start of the tour of the same name in Studio 108 of the so-called “culture railway station” Langendreer / Bochum. The Dortmund citizens had a special idea for the entrance: There was an intake with specially made ribbons which are otherwise only known from festivals. The further course of the evening was less related to the terms of stress or death. Rather, it was marked by the surprise, friendship, solidarity and amusement

Straend Festival
No strænd without water. One summer day on the sea. For music lover and rain hater. For surfer and bathing mermaids. This is strænd. This summer, the second strænd festival took place at the arena Berlin which is a club location and beach bar with a wonderful view to the cityscape directly on the Spree. Around 1000 m² finest sand between Glashaus and Badeschiff. The festival combines club, music, bar, cinema, art gallery and a food and longboard-surf market. The main thought of this event is not just commerce. Its more about building a community where you can meet other surfer, traveller, creatives, artists or free thinker. The good feeling is the most important thing about this event.

Seigmen - The "front row" syndrome
When I was a schoolgirl in Ukraine in early 90's, Norwegian rock band SEIGMEN was a young and very ambitious band with the very successful ‘Total’ album. In late 90s I graduated and became a student - SEIGMEN was on the peak of its popularity in Norway and Europe... When I found out about their second project's, ZEROMANCER’s, existence in 2001 - SEIGMEN already ceased to exist and got no plans for reunion. Thereby, I started my way of getting know the band from the other end: ZEROMANCER-LJUNGBLUT-SEIGMEN. In the year 2005, the guys got together again and played two fantastic concerts in Trondheim. As a result, the DVD with the concert and the whole SEIGMEN history was released. That's the beginning of my story. When I got this DVD, being an adult and self-sufficient person, and watched the concert for about 10 times, I got into melancholic mood - if only I could be a part of this crowd and stand in a front row... and my wish came true in some special way: in the year 2013 I was standing in the front row on Målrock festival in Årdalstangen (Norway), waiting for the band which made me push the limits and I realised that everything is possible.
