Kollegah
KOLLEGAH promoted his new album ‘Imperator’ which was released on 9th of December 2016. Felix Blume, alias KOLLEGAH, was on stage in the Rockhal on 15th of April 2017 and it was the second last show of his tour. It is the second time I was at one of his shows and it is always fun to shoot him. He played at the smaller venue in the Rockhal, the “club” which holds 1,100 people and I think it was pretty filled.

Hellraiser, Leipzig, Germany6th April 2017
Sonata Arctica, Thunderstone, Striker
SONATA ARCTICA are currently touring with their support bands THUNDERSTONE and STRIKER and on 6th April, they were guests at the Hellraiser in Leipzig. STRIKER opened the evening and the direction was very clear from the beginning: Forward! And with pressure! The audience was quickly swept away. Afterwards, THUNDERSTONE entered the stage and there were the first keyboard sounds and ballads to be heard. The crowning end was, of course, the headliner SONATA ARCTICA. Wow! There was no song that was not sung by the audience. With three great bands the audience got a great event.

In Flames
With the crushing roar of guitars, a concert of legends of the Swedish melodic music, of the metal of IN FLAMES passed down! I was at their concert for the first time and had the honor to take pictures of them! Sometimes dreams come true even when you do not cease to wish for their embodiment. It was awesome! Children of Bodom & Support: Forever Still & ONI
Last weekend, CHILDREN OF BODOM visited Reithalle Strasse E in Dresden to celebrate the 20th band anniversary together with their fans. Most songs from the setlist were taken from the first two albums and they audience enjoyed the music. FOREVER STILL and ONI opened the evening and as always it was a great concert at Reithalle Strasse E. Sadly we have no pics from ONI for you since the band started half an hour earlier than announced. But we hope you enjoy the pics of FOREVER STILL and CHILDREN OF BODOM.

Swans & Little Annie
SWANS, led by Michael Gira, formed in 1982 and, after disbanding in 1997, returned with the critically acclaimed albums ‘My Father Will Guide Me Up A Rope To The Sky’ (2010), 2012’s ‘The Seer’ and 2014’s ‘To Be Kind’. The band’s latest album, ‘The Glowing Man’, was out in June 2016, followed now by a European tour in spring 2017 in support of this album. LITTLE ANNIE is joining Swans on most European dates.
