In the course of his career he had played over 4.000 shows and recorded over 60 albums. He worked together with musicians like Adrian Vandenberg (WHITESKNAKE), Zakk Wylde (OZZY OSBOURNE) and Atma Anur (JOURNEY). In 2004 he has been voted as best metal and allround bass player by Guitar Player magazine. His name is Barend Courbois, and he is the new bass player of BLIND GUARDIAN – out on January 30, fans will be able to enjoy his skills on the new BLIND GUARDIAN album 'Beyond The Red Mirror'.

Much to our consternation we read on the DEUTSCH AMERIKANISCHE FREUNDSCHAFT site on Facebook that on the 22nd January Robert Goerl and Gabi Delgado Lopez decided to end their band project again. The show in Amsterdam this Saturday will be the last of the 'Gold und Liebe' (Gold and love) tour. Robert Goerl and Gabi Delgado Lopez have agreed to do a 'Goodbye tour' starting in May 2015 in Moscow, Russia. Also there will be eventually a DAF farewell product launched.

Katy Perry - 'Prismatic World Tour'

KATY PERRY, whose real name is Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, is an US-American singer and songwriter. Mono Inc. - 'Alive & Acoustic Tour 2015'

MONO INC. is a German Gothic-Rock band from Hamburg that was founded in 2000. The band consists of singer Martin Engler, guitarist Carl Fornia, bassist Manuel Antoni and drummer Katha Mia. Their mainly English lyrics mostly deal withloss or separation. With 'Viva Hades', their fifth album, the band for the first time reached place 50 of the DAC in 2011. In August 2014, the double-album 'The Clock Ticks On 2004-2014' was released.
