Festival promoters today informed that there are unauthorized tickets on sale: Several irritated visitors of WGT recently told us that a company called "Global Tickets" is currently offering tickets for the forthcoming WGT for sale on their website for an imaginary price of 149,- Euros. Herewith we explicitly indicate that this is NO authorised and official pre-sale and all tickets bought via this website will be invalid. Therefore we strongly disadvise buying any WGT tickets from this website! The official pre-sale for the 24th WGT (22nd to 25th May 2015) is expected to start at the beginning of February at www.wave-gotik-treffen.de - festival tickets will then cost 99,- Euros as in 2014.

One-woman atmospheric metal act Sylvaine released her debut album "Silent Chamber, Noisy Heart" on the 14th of November this year. The Oslo/Paris- based musician just came back from a very successful South American tour with the french shoegazers Alcest and revealed her debut album a month ago, which was written, produced, recorded and mixed by her. The album has been very successful so far, getting good reviews from all over the world.
