Necropolis Festival 2010: Clan Of Xymox, Absolute Body Control, The Eternal Afflict, Santa Hates You, Diskonnekted
At the Maz in famous Belgian city Bruges, the Necropolis Festival will take place in 2010 and the organizers have assembled a veritable line-up that make the festival the place to be on 15th October. First of all, that would be DISKONNEKTED by Jan DeWulf putting on the table his unique brand of danceable electronics. Following him will be SANTA HATES YOU with Peter Spilles & Jinxy making sure you can’t cool down from the experience before. THE ETERNAL AFFLICT is the third ones in league and besides newer material will surely present a potpourri of their back catalogue.

Following the release of ‘A Twist In The Myth’ in 2006, it has become awfully quiet around BLIND GUARDIAN; concerning new studio activities for a new full-length. Instead they were involved with soundtrack work and contributed a special surprise to the video game ‘Sacred 2 - Fallen Angel’. But at the end of July, the long wait for fans was finally over with the release of the new album ‘At The Edge Of Time’, bringing the band back nearer to their musical roots and satisfying those, not entirely satisfied with the aforementioned last album or its predecessor.

Since the Deathfeast Ultimate in Oberhausen that was supposed to happen on October 2nd got cancelled THE CROWN changed plans and set up a special Record Release show in Essen (Germany) at the Turock. All metal maniacs from around the area should come out for a full THE CROWN show as well as meeting and hanging out with the band. THE CROWN will still play Way Of Darkness Festival in Lichtenfels (Germany), but their slot was moved from October 1st to October 2nd.- Details
