Massacre are proud to welcome German true metal kings STORMWARRIOR to the label. Being one of Germany's most upcoming metal bands the quartet has signed a long-term contract and already started with the works on their upcoming 4th album (working title is Heathen Warrior). The new album will be in stores end of this year as limited Digipak with bonus material, CD and numbered gatefold vinyl editions. Mix and mastering will be done by Tommy Hansen same as for their successor "Heading Northe". Also the artworks will be again in the hands of Uwe Karczewski. Metalheads can expect another combinationof explosive guitar works, catchy hooks but also some new toppings to the "typical” STORMWARRIOR sound"!Source: Newsletter

Every Wednesday The Birthday Massacre host a further snippet of another new song from their forthcoming album “Pins & Needles” which will be released September 17 on Dependent´s sub-label Cellar Door. In the meantime they have a total of 5 new songs in their players at MySpace and Facebook. Now Dependent enriches this prelistening-collection. Of course not with further tracks (which you have to wait for till next Wednesday when the band will host them live) but with the typical Dependent "XL Snippets" what means, full 2 minutes of every song to listen to. The Front Line Assembly album Improvised Electronic Device again is #1 of the German Alternative Charts (DAC) this week and while FLA just finished touring a few selected European cities and festivals, the band now have confirmed the live dates for the highly requested second part of the tour in autumn. On the tour they will be supported by no-one less than mind.in.a.box!

With LORD OF THE LOST and EYES SHUT TIGHT, the last gaps in the line-up of this year’s M’era Luna have been filled. The festival is taking place on 7th and 8th August and expects about 20.000 attendees from around the world. A total of 40 national and international bands will play at the festival. Attendees will furthermore find an attractive social program, a medieval market, a fashion show and various shopping opportunities.
