Gothic Visions V showcases both newcomers and long-standing favourites. This is the fifth in its series and what we have here is it's audio CD comprising of nineteen songs with a balance of German and English sung songs from bands I personally haven't come across yet.
Conclusion: With the exception of fourth song, ‘Kleid aus Glas’ by CRADLE OF HAZE, there's not much catching my attention. The songs seem to be an assemblage of leftovers from the better in the various band's catalogues. Some follow cheesy clichés of the genre. Though it tries to build up a mood the result is lukewarm.
