Panic! At The Disco + special guest: Tigertown
The phenomenon of PANIC! AT THE DISCO really surprised me: their fans are becoming younger and younger with each tour. I was near the location one hour before doors opened and already at this time the queue was until the end of the building. Some of the girls stood there from 10 o’clock in the morning to be in the first row in front of the stage. However, despite long standing the visitors were in very good mood. The girls at the beginning of the queue were singing the songs and had fun. As soon as doors opened, the first girls ran to the stage. Moreover, already half of all place in front of the stage was very quickly occupied.

Drangsal & Fabian
Even though I've been going to concerts for 30 years by now, there's still a venue nearby which is actually new to me: Gleis22 (transl. “Platform22”) – for all music enthusiasts in Westphalia and beyond it's of course a well-trodden location, but somehow I've never ended up there. The alternative club, which also offers vegetarian / vegan lunch, has even been voted three times the best in Germany. What brought about a Gleis22 “deflowering” was a gig of one of the greatest hopefuls of the German Indie scene, one could also say one of the greatest “hypes” or, as we put it nowadays, “hot shit” Indie acts.

Placebo, The Joy Formidable & Deaf Havana
The Mercedes-Benz-Arena was about three quarters full at this cold winter evening. The audience was very mixed, young people together with fans since the beginning of the band. Twenty years of an amazing band - and the expectation to hear the greatest hits again had managed to attract lots of fans to the giant concert hall.

Biffy Clyro, Lonely The Brave
Going to a concert with friends and having a good time while enjoying some music is still the best way to welcome the weekend. Apparently, that was also the opinion of some 7,000 people who went to see BIFFY CLYRO on Nov. 4th 2016.

Amanda Palmer
When I learnt that AMANDA will perform for a few dates in Germany and one in my region even, in Cologne, I was so happy and excited. And once more my anticipation was not disappointed. Once again she chose a venue that was not too big so that she has a close contact to her fans. Having a huge faithful fan base, the show was quickly sold out after the announcement.
